This is a great discussion of meditation by a great mind. Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, PhD., helped with the writing of the book “The Mind, Its Projections And Multiple Facets” by Yogi Bhajan, PhD. He’s a brilliant yogi and he really knows his stuff. For those of you who may be put off by appearances, forget about the turban and the Sikh religion for a moment and really listen to what he is saying about meditation on a strictly human level. It’s a wonderful discussion.
Enjoy!

12 Jun 2012It works sometimes and when it does its awesome but its such a delicate state and its so intangible I forget how I got it and I try to hard to get it back and I loose it!
Re staying in the present moment without thoughts or negative emotions.

6 Sep 2012Jay– meditation is like going to work. You just do it the best your can. When you have a good day you’re grateful. If you wake up in the morning and it’s raining, you still go to work.
