Charles Dickens’ “A Tale of Two Cities” begins with the famous line: “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.” Never has that been more true than today. We live in a world that is changing rapidly. We can see from natural events all around us, like the recent earthquake in Japan to the resulting Tsunami that the earth is going through major changes. There’s nothing to fear about this. It’s simply the change of the age, but we do need the foundation of a practice that gives us the nervous system, intuition and strength to navigate and flow with these changing times. Electromagnetic strength, as well as physical strength gives a human being the ability to choose a more positive experience, no matter what’s going on in the surrounding environment. You see, you choose if it’s the best of times or if it’s the worst of times. It’s a momentary choice you keep making with each breath and you need energy to stay in that frame of mind.
