The Best of Times Begins With Each Breath

Charles Dickens’ “A Tale of Two Cities” begins with the famous line: “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.” Never has that been more true than today. We live in a world that is changing rapidly. We can see from natural events all around us, like the recent earthquake in Japan to the resulting Tsunami that the earth is going through major changes. There’s nothing to fear about this. It’s simply the change of the age, but we do need the foundation of a practice that gives us the nervous system, intuition and strength to navigate and flow with these changing times. Electromagnetic strength, as well as physical strength gives a human being the ability to choose a more positive experience, no matter what’s going on in the surrounding environment. You see, you choose if it’s the best of times or if it’s the worst of times. It’s a momentary choice you keep making with each breath and you need energy to stay in that frame of mind.

Now more than ever the times demand this positively charged energy. Your energy. The 40 day kundalini yoga bootcamp that we’re starting next week gives you the platform to make the necessary changes and clear your sub-conscious mind of the patterns that cause you to waste  your precious energy on useless events, like stress, commotion in relationships, fear, worry and anxiety or just texting too much : ).

Kundalini Yoga is an exact science of the human system and works directly through the glandular system in the physical body to stimulate and balance all the ten bodies– including the positive negative and neutral minds. In short, kundalini yoga allows you to balance your whole energetic system so that you’re not wasting energy on what you don’t need. It’s this extra energy that is normally wasted in demoting habits, which you take back and then use to power your intention and your positive projection. It’s that extra power that allows you to move through perceived blocks and limitations.

On March 21st we will embark on a powerful transformational process using the group energy, which multiplies and expands each and every practitioner in that sacred group. It’s this power of the group energy that adds a dimension which makes the boot camp an indispensable tool for quantum change.

Join us one week from today, on March 21st for all or part of the 40 days ( partial program – class passes available)
